Soccer Star Aaron Ramsey Ups Bounty for Missing Dog in Mexico to $Twenty Thousand Dollars
Wales football star Aaron Ramsey has boosted the bounty for leads concerning the lost canine named Halo to $twenty thousand dollars.
The former Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who currently is with Pumas UNAM in the capital, mentioned that the beagle was observed in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato area.
the dog, who went missing on October 9th, was had on a GPS collar, and the footballer posted a exact coordinates of her last known location.
"Any updates about our pet Halo kindly contact us. Significant reward for reuniting with her. We are all wishing she is safe and can be back with us shortly," Ramsey posted on Instagram.
Initial Offer and Heartfelt Appeals
Ramsey first announced that Halo had vanished two weeks ago and has since uploaded numerous pictures of the adored dog on his social media account.
A $10,000 incentive was originally announced, but with absence of information on the dog's whereabouts after a seven days, the player and his loved ones raised the amount.
"We just want our girl back," he said in a further request on social media after the 10-year-old dog was lost.
The most recent image upload is a black and white snapshot of the beagle napping, its head resting in the bend of Ramsey's arm, with the description: "What I'd do to embrace you again sweet Halo."
Family's Concerns and Context
The footballer has also circulated a note from his spouse Mrs. Ramsey on social media saying they have some "important queries" about the event and worry the household "might not receive explanations".
"We still are still searching for our dog. I don't think we will ever," the spouse's message stated.
The Wales captain joined Mexican top-flight club Club Universidad Nacional in recent months and had his debut in Liga MX in the eighth month.
